Mission:
to help people help themselves
Vision

ProJeCt envisions a community where people can realize their potential and achieve self-sufficiency not limited by economic disadvantage, language and learning differences, under-education, home environment or poverty. Our goals are to help people prepare to learn and to provide effective educational interventions. Therefore, we will work with individuals and families to:

  • Identify assets as well as barriers to success;
  • Develop a comprehensive case management plan using those assets to address barriers;
  • Provide appropriate research-based and outcomes-driven interventions that advance individuals and families through tiers of emergency and literacy services;
  • Incorporate all appropriate resources of the community.
Core Values
  • Respect the dignity and individuality of clients and others;
  • Maintain the ability to be responsive to individuals and community needs;
  • Account for the use of resources and achievement of results;
  • Foster and encourage volunteerism.
